Quick Notes

1. If you experience any problems, proper procedure for tech problems still applies (contact Principal or Tech Contact), they can then contact Gary Talley or Cyndy Smith.  DO NOT call Farmers Telecommunications!

2. When composing an e-mail you MUST put full address in path not just the username like you are used to doing.

3. Our new e-mail service will enable you to use webmail or Outlook. If you set up your Outlook to automatically log in, any students using the computer will be able to read and send mail as you.

4. Spam is moved into a folder called "junk". If you are expecting an e-mail that you haven't

received check, check in there.

5. The Addresses files under Quick Links will open in Excel. You can find a name easily by going to

"Edit" then click on "Find".

6. Passwords are case sensitive!

7. Email is completely web based now. If internet goes down, e-mail is down also.
